After rumored member lineups, three rough demos and only one live show so far, Isles & Glaciers have finally announced their new EP entitled "The Hearts of Lonely People" to be released on March 9, 2010.
The band gave fans a hint on their Twitter after tweeting on November 11, 2009 first: "These are the hearts of lonely people.." and then minutes later: "More important tweets to come <3" which didn't make much sense until after announcing the name of the EP.
The band is considered a "super group" due to all the members either previously or currently being in other bands. The group consists of Craig Owens (formerly of Chiodos), Vic and Mike Fuentes (Pierce The Veil), Brian Southall (Boys Night Out, The Receiving End of Sirens), Jonny Craig (Emarosa), Nick Martin (Underminded) and Matt Goddard (Chiodos).Casey Bates, who produced albums for bands such as The Fall of Troy, Portugal The Man and Chiodos will be producing "The Hearts Of Lonely People" as well.
The EP will be released on March 9, 2010. You can pick it up at Hot Topic and all online retailers.
FUN FACT! The title is actually a lyric in the song "Hills Like White Elephants"
