Jerry Roush Filling in for Of Mice and Men

Jerry Roush, former vocalist of Sky Eats Airplane, is filling in for Austin Carlile, lead vocalist for Of Mice and Men while he is on medical leave.
Roush had to learn a seven song set in three days before leaving on The Emptiness Tour with Alesana, A Skylit Drive, The Word Alive and We Came as Romans.
A few days before leaving, Roush informed his fans he would be filling in for a "homie" for an indefinite amount of time, but would not say who. Rumors of bands circulated until February 8th when Roush tweeted "Im gunna be on tour filling in for a band that was written in 1937 by John Steinbeck." And for those who apparently slept through the 10th grade, he tweeted soon after 'it rhymes with "shmof shmice shmand shmen".'
After departing from SEA, Roush's fans are eager to see him back on stage, but that's not to say he doesn't have some haters. A few days into the tour someone posted "dude, you sucked ass at that feb 10th date. quit trying to be a little screamo scene kid, please, and get a real fucking job." on Roush's Formspring.me, an anonymous questionnaire site.
But for every hater, there are plenty of lovers which Roush proves after retweeting many complimenting tweets a day.
The tour runs until late March, check out the dates here and see if you can make it to any and show Of Mice and Men your support.
